Belkin's cable is indeed 25 feet in length, and does indeed serve to carry appropriate signals back and forth from one end to the other.Duh.(What else is there to say. It's gray.).I personally like the "soft" and flexible feel of this cable - not hard nor rigid.Recommended without hesitation.
Notice these part ##end in -S, designating strain relief as part of the manufacture. This item is as pictured, one of Belkin's PRO Series style of CAT 5e cableproducts, which includes the strain relief pictured. I have noproblem with these cables and can recommend them.
The description is incorrect. This cable is only rated up to 100 Mbits/s (Category 5).
The cable themselves are very resilent and can stand up to being stepped on or pinched under doorways. My previous cables were difficult to remove and the tabs on them would snap off. Great cables at a great price. Very easy to plug in and remove. No such problems with Belkins.
This products works as advertised and I was able to purchase it from Amazon for much less than it would have cost me at my local office superstore.
